All AutoVolt wiring looms are made and tailored for specific vehicle applications. Due to the nature of the production process, the product you receive may differ slightly from the images shown on the website. All looms are weather-resistant, not waterproof, which aligns with standard expectations for components located under a vehicle bonnet.
Installation Disclaimer
AutoVolt looms are designed to offer a non-invasive, plug-and-play alternative to traditional wiring methods. Our solution avoids tapping into your vehicle’s original wiring loom and helps maintain factory integrity.
However:
- A relay loom must be used in conjunction with our main beam and reverse looms. AutoVolt Solutions Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability where products are used without appropriate relays, fusing, or supporting components.
- Correct installation is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Installation must be carried out by a competent person. Incorrect installation may result in vehicle faults, damage, or failure.
- All electrical connections must be suitably protected using appropriate fusing, connectors, and insulation.
- Any misuse, modification, or failure to follow installation guidance may void the warranty.

Vehicle Compatibility
Vehicle compatibility information is provided as a guide only. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm suitability for their specific vehicle, including model variations, specifications, and any existing modifications.
Lighting Products & LED Functionality
AutoVolt Solutions Ltd products are designed to power auxiliary and LED lighting systems in a manner that:
- Activates lighting with the vehicle’s ignition
- Allows operation alongside existing lighting systems
- Avoids interference with the vehicle’s CANBUS or BCM systems where applicable
All lighting products supplied are aftermarket enhancements. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any lighting installed complies with applicable UK road traffic laws and regulations, including those relating to visibility, brightness, colour, positioning, and usage.
Some products may be intended for off-road or show use only unless otherwise stated. Use of such products on public roads may result in non-compliance with legal requirements.
Electrical Responsibility
Customers must ensure that the vehicle’s electrical system is not overloaded. All additional components must be correctly installed using appropriate wiring methods, relays, and fusing.
AutoVolt Solutions Ltd accepts no liability for damage caused by electrical overload, incorrect wiring, or improper installation.
MOT, Warranty & Modifications
AutoVolt products are designed to be removable, allowing the vehicle to be returned to its original condition where required. However, installation of aftermarket products may be considered a vehicle modification.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring MOT compliance
- Customers should inform their insurance provider of any modifications
